Brown Bear Ale
Known for the classic "black bear", the mountains of North Carolina
are home to the extremely rare "Brown Bear". Though members of
the same bear species, the "Brown Bear" has become renowned for
its rarity as well as its beautiful chocolate color...traits we hope to

Firewater Indian Pale Ale
Perhaps our most beloved flagship beer, Firewater IPA boasts
beautiful attributes of both English and American IPA’s. Brewed with
balance in mind, this beer flaunts a hefty malt backbone to allow the
massive American and English hops additions to shine. Expect and
aroma of citrus zest, earthy English hops and wheat bread. The taste
is similar with a well-balanced bitterness that lasts throughout the
entire glass. 5.6% ABV
Perhaps our most beloved flagship beer, Firewater IPA boasts

Our interpretation of an an Irish Red Ale. Dark ruby in color, this very
malt focused beer is achieved from the incorporation of specialty
malts such as caramel60, caramel-120 and special B. Four different
hop varieties lend a very complex and balanced non-traditional
approach to this delicious style of beer. 5.2%ABV

King Coconut Porter
This unusual American Porter has become a Spring seasonal mainstay
for Catawba Valley Brewing Company. Hand crafted using the finest
malts & hops then infused with actual oven roasted coconut.
Combined with the rich chocolaty Porter, coconut, and caramelized
barley, King Coconut Porter has become lovingly known as the candy
bar in a keg. 5.2% ABV

barley styles, an artistic touch of hops, spices normally reserved for
baking, and really fresh pumpkin! The caramel, spice, and pumpkin
flavors meld into a wonderfully smooth, orange-hued beer that
sports a luscious, creamy foam head. This beer is available in the
fall. 5.7% ABV

White Zombie Ale
Hazy golden white in color, our interpretation of a Belgian White (Wit)
Ale is brewed with two row barley and unmalted wheat. The
appearance is hazy due to the high protein content of the unmalted
wheat. The addition of bitter orange peel and freshly ground
coriander seed gives this very refreshing, low alcohol beer a
wonderfully complex fruity and spicy aroma. The addition of English
hops is subtle and detected with the smack of the tounge, which is
followed and finished with a delicate slice of bread. 4.7% ABV
Hazy golden white in color, our interpretation of a Belgian White (Wit)
Ale is brewed with two row barley and unmalted wheat. The

traveling on the interstate of your taste buds. At 5% ABV, this is one
delicious session beer. So sit down, spin your trucker hat around

with your eyes as the pale orange glow emanates from the glass. Our
exclusive blend of five Belgian yeast strains produces aromas of
lemon, tangerine, pear, banana, spice, bread and cut grass. The flavor
is a French kiss of honey, citrus, spicy yeast, hops and wheat bread.
This beer finishes bone dry and begs for another sip. At 7.6% (abv)
this beer will have you feeling sexier after two or three pints. Yeah,
